Simi Valley Ford at 2440 First Street, Simi Valley, California.

I have been to this location for service twice. For "the works" package they can never get it done in less than two hours which is very frustrating. Being that they take so long to complete this be prepared to wait an additional 2 hours and probably more because a simple brake job takes them 2 hours as well and they won't identify the issue until 2 hours later. The excuses as to why the service takes so long were endless and this location truly gives Ford a terrible service reputation. If there really is an influx of work on a day to day basis this location should hire more individuals to accommodate for the work load so that their customers don't waste entire days waiting for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and brake change.
