I have been with this company for over 15 years and this one experience was so depressing .3 weeks or a prior reservation for 11 am specific pickup truck paid in advance until 6 p.m. which got us way behind in getting into hotel reservation and made us miss a wedding . I was livid I've never been so upset my whole life and the truck came dirty with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I wasn't the only one angry almost every customer had the same issue. I don't know what happened with this Hertz rental car place that I've always liked but this was ridiculous

Cody was great! We reserved a car 2 months ahead and the day we picked it up he was slammed because a local dealer had a recall so they sent them all to hertz. Cody and the guy who was hustling to get cars from there lot made sure we had ours at the time of our reservation.
